i came to the villas of southland office about a year and a half ago while apartment hunting, and altough i did not rent from this complex, i found the property to be clean and inviting, there were some slight visible problems from the outside, but what complex doent have that' well last week i was apartment hunting again, and went to the villas of southland office with full intention to rent an apartment from them. what i found was appauling, im not sure what or who happened to this place, but it is disgusting. the office is an obstical course of torn up shelving units and stuff everywhere. leaseing staff was not dressed business like, and the whole complex was horrible. it looked like someone came through with a chainsaw and cut down all of the trees and bushes, weeds were as tall as me,i was just thuroughly unimpressed. and there are canyons in the parking lot. you guys should really think about repaving!!
