Maintenance is horrible, they never pick up trash. If you want to walk in the grass, always look down, cause of the dog crap everywhere. Nice they have dog bags to pick up crap, oh wait, they ran out over a year ago, and still havent replaced the bags. Pool usually opens around labor day, so you have a month of the pool, how sweet is that..Nothing like swimming in july, its never hot then. Ghetto as all get up..You will get bummed for rides, money, etc.. You will see dumster divers daily..Thats always nice to see. Rent is cheap, i will give them that, buildings look decent.Overall a bad experience..Stay away!
