lived here for 6 yrs, had roughly 7 mangers in that time. current management and maintenance staff is a joke! when i signed last lease, i asked if i could get some newer appliances, since the date of manufacture on my stove is 1976, and the refrig is 1979. i was told no, that those appliances are "built to last". they are just plain broke down. last winter had a leak in the roof above my apartment. discolred the drywall and it bowed down like it would bust. complex never fixed leak, and just put a crappy paint job over the discloration. in august when we got 9 inches of rain in one weekend, it leaked again, this time thru the damaged drywall ceiling into my bedroom. i put a bowl under the leak, called maint emerg line, went to work. all they did was put a bigger bucket under the leak! i came home from work to my ceiling collapsed on everything in my room! what a mess. larry, darryl and darryl from the maint staff took a week to put up the new roof, a month for them to paint. and they still never fixed the original leak in the roof! now the storm drain is plugged from all the leaves the complex never took care of in the fall. 2 feet of standing water in our parking lot, and sub freezing tempratures to boot. called corporate to complain, no response from them. watched this complex go down hill to the fact it is no longer safe to live there. am out as soon as my lease in up.
