This is in response to a VERY negative review I saw. My husband and I have lived here for almost 7 months. We have been VERY happy here. We had some problems this winter with leaks and such. We called the 24hr maintenance service. They called us back in less than 10min. And were at our door shortly thereafter. They are also very friendly here. The office staff and the maintenance staff.
We also loved that the only utility we pay for is electric. I would DEFINATLY recommend this complex as a place to live to my family and friends. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

how pathetic is it that the only postive posts are from the office staff. just moved out, thank god, and the exodus from this craphole is amazing. good riddance!

Wow. If you can stand the smell and the full loads of trash, then you're ok to stay here. Pay a little more and you'll get much more.

Yes you only pay electric but I've never ever paid over $100 a month before living here! The appliances are ancient and suck up power like you wouldn't believe. So really, just how much do you save?
