You really do not want to live here. This place is ridiculous. I guess I can't speak for the villas. But we are on the 3rd floor apartments. And I would really like to think maybe we just aren't lucky and have the worst apartment or experience but it doesn't seem like it. So I am just going to start with the apartment itself.

There were yellow stains on the carpet when we moved in.

The blinds are on backwards. So if you want to have the slider opened then you have to deal with them being in the way when you walk in and out of the balcony and blowing in the wind so you have to tie them up and they are still in the way.

The fridge leaks puddles on the floor. We actually now have tupperware so it collects most of the water so our food and the crisper don't get filled with water. They "fixed" it before but some how it still happens!

The floor isn't level..just about anywhere. In the winter if your shoes have snow on them you basically slide down a slope when you step in.Its kind of embarrassing when you have people over and they almost fall just walking into your apartment.Our tv's have fallen over at least 3 times in the bedroom and living room because of the unlevel floors. We even have things under the feet of the stands so it doesn't happen and it still has its so bad!

The a/c doesn't work and its old as dirt (as all the appliances are). Our electric bill in the summer usual is 200 dollars a month. I've called numerous times about it and I get nothing from them. It gets way to hot on the 3rd floor with the sun beating down. We will have it on for hours and its still hot.

The screen door to the slider is so old and crappy. You can't move it an inch without it falling off. (I was told about 3 weeks ago I was going to get a new one but that hasn't happened yet)

Plowing sucks in the winter but that is probably with every apartment complex.

Some of it is petty yes but I feel like I am paying enough for this crap hole.

The office people are rude and very unprofessional.

Our dish washer wasn't working and it took them 3 weeks to come and fix it. After the 5th time telling them about it they actually came after I said there was standing water and very mad.
I have called the office soo many times for them to come and fix things and never get it fixed or a call back about it. With the A/C, dish washer, fridge everything.
Kids are always running around and up and down the stairs being loud.
The police are here all the time. People have been raided by the swat team. If you have pot smokers below you be prepared to have the weed smell come into your apartment so you can't have your windows or anything opened until there done.


Its hard to stay away from this place since its so close to everything and cheap to move in. So if you are really considering it then do yourself a favor and really really check out everything in your apartment before you move in.
