I moved in May, with a 6 month lease, because I needed to find some place quickly and this was the only place that had openings. The office staff, for one, as completely unprofessional and I have no social or business skills what so ever. Some of them can't even use grammar properly.

The apartments are old and not maintained at all. The carpet is old and is peeling up in certain spots, as well as having several spots. The paint, doors & windows are all out of date and half broken. My screen door on my balcony won't even move and has holes in it. I have had a horrible bug problem here and I have called the office ten times about it and they tell me it's my own problem. I have sprayed every wall, door, window & surface & still have bugs in a very clean apartment, it's disgusting.

The people in this complex are all loud and obnoxious; there are always children running around everywhere throughout the complex. Sometimes they don't even mow the lawn for two weeks & nothing involved with the "landscaping" is properly maintained.

Do not live here, it's over priced & falling apart. And the office does not really care when you have a problem.
