Nice location, the rest is a nightmare

Yes, it is in a nice location.
But Canadian geese are everywhere - they're loud and they leave a huge mess.
Plus, it's right next to railroad tracks, so you'll hear a lot of freight cars at night.
The walls are paper thin.
If you have a wall A/C unit, it only cools your living room, so you'll boil in the bedroom.
The water is terribly rusty (pop the top of the toilet tank and be horrified at the build-up).
Also, the staff will tow your car for so much as a flat tire.
And the cable channel selection is horrible, since they use their own system.
Stay here if you dare, but don't plan on living here long.
