Dunno what kind of grudge these other people have, but I've lived here for a few years. The strong point, in my opinion, is the location. It's about 3 minutes from just about anything you can think of needing. For the most part, the neighborhood's pretty good. Safe and quiet, save for the occasional idiot neighbor. The quality of the apartments are decidedly average--not too bad, not outstanding, just average. I've never had a problem with the maintenance staff and the administration is competent and easy to get along with. I'd recomend them to anyone in my budget.
