Built cheap and very noisy- sounds like there's no insulation in the walls or ceilings. I could hear the baby crying and the phone ringing upstairs; people walking above sounded like a constant dull thud. Water is nasty- had stains in tub in matter of days. Also, hard to get to apartment to move in and out- front door very hard to open, stairrail in way, and a second door in middle of hallway. A/C is very poor. Lights flicker. Sound of water running is very loud. I paid the fee to move out in just 4 months.
