Lived at Walnut trail for maybe 2 years. You could here everything in your neighbors apt. upstairs and all around. Built real cheap. They also let their underground sprinklers run all over the cars out there so my brand new car had permanent hard water stains on it they could not all be buffed out by the professionals.

Clientele was not bad was I lived there. However we had 2 rapes while I was there. One of the rape cases the intruder climbed all the way up to her 3rd floor balconly. Raped and beat the resident- she ended up hospitalized at Bronson.This is why as a single female I would never live at Walnut Trails due to safety issues and the type of residents they have living there now.
