i had both my bicycles stolen that were chained to the bicycle rack provided by walnut trail, from right outside my apartment. Whats scarier is the fact that they were stolen on the one day I was out of my apartment till 5am. which in turn implies that somebody was tracking when I am out and in and knew exactly when to steal it.

i have also heard stories from previous residents that a couple of years back they had several apartments broken into and walnut trail did nothing to help or cooperate with the residents.

i doubt anyone was tracking you, if someone wants to steal a bike they will whether you are home or not.
