We have been here 2 1/2 years and have absolutely loved it! It is fairly quite overall.

We occassionally hear the people below us but only when they have their music up very loud.

The maintenance staff has been great.

They respond to calls within a few hours and things usually get fixed right the first time.

One thing that is annoying is that in some of the apartments the furnace is in the back of the master bedroom closet.

Therefore, twice a year you have to take everything out of the closet for them to change the filter.

There is plenty of parking & I have always felt safe here.

I would highly recommend this place!
