Read the comments on here, and have been at Walnut Trail for 2 1/2 months now. For the most part, has been a good experience. Had one leak in the roof when there was a downpour, but maintenance came over within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Besides that, no real issues. A lot quieter than former apartment complex, building and grounds kept clean, staff is friendly, and no real noise complaints except for the train occasionally (at night) and doors in hallway squeak a little too loud (need to be oiled it seems). Feel safe and have no problems with any neighbors. Good experience overall. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
