My husband & I are retirees. We have lived her for 1 year. Very nice & clean. Only problem we have is that you can hear the persons above your unit. We live on ground floor. You can hear them walking & the floor squeaks. Seems to us that they definately need to put much better sound proofing between floors. Walls seem to be okay. On the whole I would definately recommend this complex to someone.
