If you are thinking of moving to Walnut Trail, I would strongly suggest you to not move into a garden style apartment, which is partially underground. The reason being, is that we had a major bug problem!!! So, if you like bugs, this apartment would be great for you:)People can also walk by your windows and can look down into your apartment and see everything you own. We kept the curtains closed almost all the time. Also, I didn't like this place due to the noise! I can hear doors slamming all the time. There are so many doors that are not needed in each of the buildings. There are two doors each in all of the hallways and you can ALWAYS hear them being slammed open and closed! We could also smell people smoking outside our apartment through the air conditioner on the wall... yuck! While I'm on the subject of the air conditioner, it freezes up all the time meaning I hope you have a hair dryer on hand because you will need it to un-thaw it! This was our first apartment and we wanted to play it safe and let us tell you, I think we played it a little too safe! Good luck and my advice to you would be to do some serious research into the apartment community before you move here.
