This was my first apartment, without roommates. The location is good, close to Westnedge and a short drive to downtown and campus, but the rent is rather high and they offer very few services. The application process was hell too. Unless you like waiting around and being unsure of if you are going to be able to move in or even get an apartment, this is not the place for you.

Walnut Trail is a great place to live. With the pool in the summer time and the six mile walking trail, summer is the best. The office staff is curdious and the maitenance is awesome! I love living here. Its close to everything and everyone is very friendly
