the title says it all, i have lives here for 4 years, past year my roof developed a leak in my beadroom "Above" the window, drywall is extreamly damaged, maininence fixes drywall and says they fixed roof, after winter this year roof starts leaking over bed, they fix it, awful job fixing drywall on celing, about two months ago roof started leaking back over window again, maininence come snd said they fixed it, next rain, leaked again, maintinence comes and once again said they fixed it, past weekend ir rained alot, roof leaks so bad i cant sleep in bedroom because of the noise of water hitting a soaked towel/window seal, front office called the next day and asked if there was a leak, i said heell yeah its leaking as bad as ever, yesterday i come home i see a note on my door "Maitinence will be replacing your "Window" today... come home no window repleaced, only a note saying my window is fine it doesnt leak, and that call office for drywall repair.. ITS NOT MY ------- WINDOW,, its so obvious its the roof, the drywal is damaged 6 inches above the window frame and a foot out in front of window on celing, the drywall is extremly damaged now from the roof leak,, there maitinence is so dumb they dont know the difference from the window leak and a roof leak, it doesnt take a genious to know water doesnt flow upstream, excuse my typing for i mad many spelling errors but im so mad that i cant have a apartment without a leak., forcast says its supposed to rain again this weekend, while your sleeping in your bed i will be on my couch to avoid driping sounds..... go elsware this place is a dumb, front office people are very rude when your dealing with problems, maitinence are very stupid, stay away..
