The walls and floors/ceilings are somewhat thin - noise level has at times been obnoxious. Most of the time - it's a great place to live. Maintenance has been awesome in taking care of everything I need.

Good experience. Responsive front office. No enforcement of dog weight limits though. Which is slightly disappointing. Maintenance is good. Overall upkeep of the landscaping is good. Icicles do form on the balconies.

Walnut Trails is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and parks but set far enough back from the main roads that it is quiet. The grounds are very well kept. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and very courteous.

The grounds are keep up nicely. But my apartment itself if not good. My balcony is falling apart my doors are falling off. Things are not being replaced before moving in. Walls are thin and can heat everything!

I like it here quiet clean any time I have had a mant. problem they have taken care of the problem I good time. Employees have always been pleasant and helpful the grounds are well kept iwould be willing to renew lease.

It's actually really good here. They take great care of this facility. Maintenance is wonderful, clean and timely. Friendly people and location. Management is also excellent. They are always kind, concerned and very helpful and professional.

It is s nice apartment complex with nice grounds keeping. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Has a nice and sunny spot for the pool area and is well kept. All and all is a nice place to stay

Quiet yet close to grocerystores,department stores,restaurants,and allowed me to be close to my father who was undergoing medical treatment,emergency service within a close distance. Any concerns are usually addressed quickly.

Various but since removing coin options from washer and dryers and forcing people to have digit locks and doors??? YEAH. Why should someone have to be okay with things that are thrown at them. I'm not the only one that didn't want digital locks!

Need car ports. Need washer and driers in apartments. Some residents here have more vehicles then they are supposed too according to our lease. Rent has gone up so much some residents I know are moving out.

Love this apartment complex. Well maintained, safe, and maintenance is awesome. I would highly recommend this complex. Staff are wonderful, and the complex is well maintained and beautiful. I have been her for many years and am totally satisfied.
