A great place to live - Greenspire is a great place to live. The wooded setting is peaceful and relaxing, a great getaway from work. The property borders on a state game area, with trails for hiking, right out your back door. The location, off Center Street, is close to great shops and restaraunts, and the YMCA is less than a half-mile. When I was first evaluating, the private street had many potholes. (It was an art to driving around them).
Finally repaved everything. Re-roofed. Repainted doors, shutters, and trim.

I have only lived here 6months but am very happy with the complex. It is quiet, pet friendly, and affordable.
The office staff was so helpful when I moved in. They had everything set up for me right when I walked in.
