Coming into this property may seem great when you have a gate gaurd standing there to direct you, however, if he doesn't know his own name, how is he going to know you as a resident. This complex is 15 years old and it shows it's age. To begin with, you have appliances that look like they came from a garage sale, almond and rusted. The laundry room where the furnace is(unfortunatley not outside) smells of natural gas(NOT NORMAL). The walls and floors are very thin, the balcony looks and feels like its going to break through when you step on it. The list goes on and on. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone, there are better ones out there not too far from here.
