River Oaks is the nicest place that you could live. With the Clinton River in your backyard and the deer roaming around at night it is wonderful. The maintnence is really helpful and the people in the office are the nicest. The pool is in a great location and I use the health club to work my buns into shape. the only thing I dont like is my oldest son hates the playground. e thinks that they need swings or monkey bars to hang on.
