I've livied here for only 4 months, but was refered by a friend who has been here for 3 years. The grounds are beautiful, it's near the new mall and has a lot of great things to offer, including a fabulous pool. The floor plan works out great for roomates and the office staff is super nice. Also, maintence seems to work very hard. They are efficient and friendly. Plus with the gate guard i feel really safe. This is a great place to live! Even though there are newer complexes in the area, this one has great ambiance, plus you know they keep up their apartments. with these new ones, they may be nice at first. but if not properly maintained they get really shabby very quickly. You know this place is well taken care of. I would recomend River Oaks to anyone!
