Move here if you would like to have to deal with:

1. primal appliances and cabinets that constantly fall apart.

2. a gate system that hardly ever works and therefore prevents you from getting access to your own living space.

3. a rude and unhelpful manager.

4. freezing bedrooms due to poor insulation that will have your heating bills sky-rocket.
(temperatures were probably warmer outside than in our son's bedroom. Repair requests were repeatedly denied.)

If you want to make a change, please forward your experience to "www.complaints.com" so that they could advise river oaks in writing. They do that and an official letter might be able to make changes.
