I won't be renewing my lease.

If you're looking for a cheap place to live with great location and don't really care about loud neighbors or weird smells, this place is probably good for you. Essentially, that's all OU students.
These are my issues:
1. Heat bill/No control over temperature (read other reviews).
2. Paper thin walls.
3. Drafty/Older windows (most apartments are).
4. Management doesn't replace or clean carpets between tenants--They just vacuum.
5. You can never really get the bathroom clean. Maybe my bathroom just needed to be regrouted.
6. Strange odors. Probably due to the carpets not being cleaned and due to the tenants below me.
7. Buzzers never work.
8. You can't do laundry past 9--according to the posted rules.
The good things:
1. Kristin at the front desk is always friendly.
2. Maintenance guys are always prompt and friendly.
3. Replaced appliances when there were problems promptly.
3. Location.
4. A pool (if you don't mind kids).
I won't be renewing my lease because it's just too loud for me here. I hate loud neighbors and paper thin walls. It's a deal breaker. This place isn't horrific, but it's nothing to write home about. It's just your run of the mill crap apartment.
