Did like it. We had ants but fixed it ourselves and then it was never a problem after that. Had some loud neighbors next to and above us that were annoying, but once they moved, it was never a problem again. Moved to somewhere a bit less money, but ended up being not as happy. Good amenities on property, staff is pretty nice. Right by downtown Rochester too!
