I have been a resident at Woodside for a little over two years. In November they decided to pave the lot. Instead of doing one section at a time they forced all the residents to park on the street. A $100.00 towing fee was posted if you failed to do this. It turned from a one weekend job to well over two weeks the paving co. did not even show up for days. When they did come they did little work and stood around and talked. The residents complaints fell on deaf ears. Nothing was done. Then I was charged because I parked in the lot after seeing no one work for four days. They are not willing to work with me on the bill. They have also miss applied my pet rent and sent me a late notice for something I already paid. The response I got was indiffrent on this they did not even apologize for the mistake. Where I work we still believe in customer service. This complex does not. Insist on customer service without the customer they can't exsist. I think they need to learn this.
