The only time the property manager smiled in my face was when I was inquiring about their property before I moved in. If you want to know how insignificant you are, just call them on the phone and mention you are a tenant in their community. Examplary rudeness in its unprecedented form. Units are falling apart. Heat leaks out of the units like heck keeping AC working 24/7. Same for cold air in the winter to the point that you may as well make your paycheck direct deposit to Detroit Edison and save yourself the 37 cent postage. Forgot a valuable on my way out, called them to notify them so they may check it out. I didn't know that they are even more proficient at being rude than they already were.. My sin was I moved out of their property I guess. Of course never called me back about that valuable. Called them for the second time but was essentially hung up at.
Basically a dismall experience. If you're a sadist and like to give yourself a depression, this community is the shortest cut.
