This place sucks! First off that old crypt keeper of a manager eveyln is as rude and as nasty as they come.I think she's a racist. The buildings are very unkept. Nothing but a bunch of dirty foreigner's and trailer trash live here. it looks like a haunted house on the outside, my toilet keeps over flowing someone else's ----, i smell mold when it rains, my carpet is old and dirty,there are bugs everywhere, my neighboors keep fighting,they dont accept dogs but there are 4 in my building,and someone keeps taking my wet clothes out the dryer!! This place is the ghetto of rochester! when u ask that retarded rude a$$ of a manager to do something she's as helpfull as a blind man flying a plane! the maintenane staff is ok but that manager and their company dont deserve a dime of anyone's money. my lease will be up in 2 months.... CANT WAIT!

And if it looks like a 'haunted house' and so unimpressive, why would you even go in to sign a lease? Well, I have to agree though... When I was apartment shopping I stopped by the office of these and I was so totally grossed out- I don't see how anyone would sign a lease here. I was shown the laundry room before I even saw the apartment and I just said no way.

It is a little funny that this girl claims that this complex is full of racist people. Just read the lovely review she left about Southfield Apartments. She clearly is the one who happens to be racist if you can not tell already. She has nothing better to do than sit on her fat a$$ and write stuff about other people all day long. I have no idea what this complex looks like but I can guarantee that she is the most racist one around not the manager.

I agree totally that Evylynn the so called manager is RUDE!!!!! The place is unkept, filthy, I even left before my lease was up because they secretly fumigated my 2 neighbors apts w/o telling me, we share laundry with these dirt bags, I had to rewash EVERYTHING before moving out! It looks great in the summertime when you sign a lease, but its all a surprise come winter when you have to shut all the windows and this stench creeps through the walls and under the door. I barfed quite a bit while residing there because of the smell. its just sick, oh and the black hawk helicopter that circles above... wonder who they are keeping their eye on!

(I've said worse on here!)the fact that u actually replied that way is kinda pathetic....then to attack her personal character doesnt make you any better. Do you personlly know here?? OMG STALKER!! lmao! it seems as though you are obsessed with her to know what other properties she comments on. Lol. Really funny! Any who a friend of mine stays here and she is very unhappy, and I've visited....it does smell bad! I believe the first couple of months that she was here someone vandalized her car! Not cool! I heard the right hand man to the owner...is screwing his son!!! not cool!! wait til Mr.Frankel finds out a 50 yr old that allowd her daughter to be molested by a dead beat dad has been screwing his 16 yr old son!! ha ha ha!! the gossip is great here though! Oh and update! the nasty manager got her a$$ beat in the office for messing with a married men. This place has too much drama!! RUN!!

It's funny that the person who wrote on 7/4/09 said the first two responses are the most ignorant when clearly they were right. You can't get mad at someone for being a racist when you are going to go and be a hypocrite and say racist things. And it's not considered stalking when someone posts something on the internet that's meant for everyone to read and make comments on. and yes...I believe you have said worse things on here jugging from the way it sounds like you are.
