I have lived here for over a year now, and am only leaving because my roommate is getting married and I need to downsize to save money. While it's not the highest quality apartments, I really would recommend this to anyone. We live in a townhome and pay as much for it as we would for a two bedroom apartment anywhere else in Rochester. I've had to call maintenance several times, and they always showed up within 24 hours. The neighbors are respectful for the most part, but that's just luck of the draw. I feel safe, have no complaints about the office staff, and there is more than enough parking. In the winter, snow was always plowed by the time I left for work at 6:30 am. Grass was maintained in summer. Best of all, they don't do random checks of apartments. It's nice to know they respect our privacy!
