Wouldn't rent from here

I toured this place looking for a 3-bed apartment/townhome. The townhouse was dirty and smelled bad (yet it had been professionally cleaned). The front door looked like it had been broken into. The "lawn" was a mud pit along the entire building, so muddy in fact that the parking lot was covered in mud as well. The place looks like it hadn't been updated since the 70's.
