I moved into the golf maor apts about 4yrs ago, it was nice, my rent started out at $510 a month, than the next year it went up to $550, than the next year $575, now this year i'm at $585. No changes for the better have been made on their part, and the tenants are getting worse and worse. There are too many kids, it's loud, just nasty. I will be leaving when my lease is up.I think the GMA needs to screen their tenants before they give them the keys to the apartment, because this is the worst i've seen since i've been here.
