I lived here for a year and it really wasn't that bad of an apartment save for management trying to get me new non-funky carpet that the painter managed to slather paint haphazardly across (though mgmt WAS rather annoyed by this fact) My only real complaint was the kids that lived there were an unruly bunch and they seemed to get a new manager every 4 or 5 months... The building I was in was very quiet. Maintenance problems were taken care of in a timely manner. I only moved out cause I moved in with my boyfriend
