I have live at grosvenor east for a very long time still there this is a very nice place to live very friendly staff, everything is taken care of in a timely manner the staff is always willing to help sometimes they go above the call of duty.
The grounds are always kept clean as well as the hallways, very kid friendly.I plan on staying a long time. The apartments are very large for the price.
