This place has a bad habit of saying that there is nothing wrong with anything you call to get fixed. The manager always talks down to you when she doesn't want to call someone to actually fix stuff the maintenece men can't or won't. Snow removal is ridiculous they plow the cars in when it snows so you have to dig out your car. The heat in my building has it either be turned off or on when it's turn on at 65 degrees goes up to 80 - 85 degrees and in order to cool it down you have to off the heat because management is too cheep and lazy to get the crap working correctly. This has been an on going problem for two years now. One of the apartments in my building had black mold in it they have been there for three years and just now got it fixed.
