I am currently a resident of Macomb Manor. Don't trust the staff. Stacey, Brie, or any of the noisey maintenance staff. Check out the old fashioned windows, and screens because if you don't like bugs, or cold air this is not the place for you. In the winter it's extremely cold, and the windows are poorly insulated. The Apartment will come fix the windows with packing tape. If you stare at your blinds you can see them moving because of the cold air. Nothing is up to date. My entrance buzzer has never worked, and they have ignored all my request to fix it. The paint so cheap, if you so much as touch the wall you will leave a fingerprint. All the appliances are out dated. I think that the quality of service you get is so bad because majority of the residents are ------- Americans. In the winter don't expect the snow to be cleared until 2pm. They have caller id so if you call them, they will ignore your calls. Your calls will be fowarded to Beacon Management's voicemail operator's. Don't be fooled, this place is really horrrible. If your car get's a flat on tuesday they will put a tow sticker on it by wednesday, then they will blame the city for it. They will say they did not know it was a residents car, even though you put your license plate number on the lease agreement. Please don't waste time or money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
