It is noisy. Residents need to take in consideration of others that these are apartments not houses. Yes, you are loud. Management needs to follow-up on complaints. Insulation is poor. I have not heard of any break ins, but it would be nice to have double locks. I have heard some bad incidents dealing with the cars. If there are many complaints regarding cars...management may need to look at some type of security. This is below average of places I have lived. Overall, it is not bad, but lease for a year only.
