The noise level is okay. The price for the size is really great. Yes sometimes I hear my neighbors above me walking etc. but I DO live in an apartment and it's to be expected. Haven't had any problems thus far. The trash cans tend to fill up quickly but are emptied maybe twice a week or so. Hallway carpet is nasty so don't walk around barefoot. Wish more than water was included in rent. Try to get in on a special. They say you can have two cars but sometimes all the spaces are taken and we only have one car...
