Hi I moved in in June and this is a great place for the price, yes the apartments are older but that was to be expected the office staff has always been nice too me I have already told a few of my friends about the apartments.

I moved in last February. Yes, the apartments are a little older, but they have been maintained with new carpeting and new appliances to name few. The staff and maintenance is second to none. If something isn't right, just call on maintenance or the leasing office. Someone will call you back in a matter of minutes and the problem will be resolved. I don't know when the previous writer lived here, but the pool was open all summer long and we had a great time there. As far as the noise level, just inform your neighbor that they are a little too loud and that will resolve the issue. Everyone here loves their tranquility and everyone gets along well with each other, black and white. We co-exist and I love it. If you are really looking for a nice, peaceful, reasonably priced home, come to Tuscan Shores and tell the leasing office that Cordelia sent you. See you soon neighbor!
