WHAT A DUMP! There is to much to get into just save your money please! It's like everyone I talked to is paying a diffrent amount....go figure! Pool broke no Playground. Do yourself a favor ask a few people that live here what they think before you sign anything.Eveyone seems to be nosey word gets around quick.
