I've been living in the apartment for almost 2 years. I haven't had any major problems. Sure the buildings are older, but they've got lots of charm.
The staff is nice. They are really normal, down to earth people. But I (and my neighbors) did have a slight problem when an overly ---- staffer who lived below me, but she moved out.
If you get the right building, like I did, it's a really quiet community. I like the fact that there is no club house or landscaping.
The best part: The balcony swing and the wood fire place.
Worst part: Outdated AC
