I am a resident and an employee of Amber Apartments and I can say with confidence that some of these complaints are simply untrue. Amber Apartments has very responsive and helpful maintenance (on call 24/7) and staff (available M-F 9am-6pm and Sa 9am-3pm. We respond to resident concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. Issues raised such as the lack of snow removal blocking in an ambulance would never happen at our facility. We have in house snow removal and grounds maintenance who begin everyday at 6 am to ensure that the property is safe and well maintained. Keep in mind as you read through these complaints that they may be coming from people who did not pay their rent on time or were asked to leave as a result of their own irresponsibility.

Which apts are you at? i know there's two Amber Management companies in Royal Oak. Are you associated to amberapts.com or amberapartments.com? Thanks!
