Amber Apartments

This is a nice complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I moved to the Amber Park complex recently and so far I am finding this to be a nice, quiet area with no problems. NOTE: There are two Amber Companies. This is the GOOD ONE. The staff is friendly and attentive and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The complex is older and charming, but this is my taste. If you like lots of trees in a park like setting and residents who are decent, working people, then this could be the next home you're looking for. I look forward to a long residency here. The best part is that they screen applicants for criminal records and if you have ever been convicted of a felony you won't be living here. The Amber community here is diverse and this also appeals to me. I'd be willing to bet that a lot of the other reviews I've read on this site came from disgruntled ex-tenants who had problems in other areas or they were talking about the OTHER Amber Company. I looked at some of the OTHER Amber company's properties and they were quite run down and unkempt and downright dirty looking. I could see and understand where those reviews came from. I hope that this review helps prospective renters in their search. I'm not sure why one of the Amber Companies don't change their name to avoid this confusion, but maybe there are legal reasons involved. Nevertheless, rent from this Amber company with confidence.
