Dear rentishigh, I agree with you..they talk a good talk. Building "townhouses" in every bit of vacant land, while their older units are crumbling. Also, violating the Disabilities Act, by not making any units wheelchair accessible!!! The city inspectors said they get around the law by claiming status as "privat" homes. UGH!!

This loser is crazy these apartments is not all that I use to live there they are old and smelly and raise rent up every year. i think the worst of this place.

You guys are obviously talking about the "other" Amber Apartments in the area. The ones with the red triangle are really clean and well cared for. And, they only have 6 properies... they don't build new townhouses. You should be more careful before you smear someone's reputation!

Amber Apartments stop selling lies they show pitures of the model the apartments is nothing like the model they are loud, loud people,loud heat,can't walk on hardwood floor get a call from the office, here everybody cabinets shut,doors shut, people talking and having sex. office manager don't do anything he sucks ! 3807 Crooks Rd it the right Amber Apartment. so office stay off reviews and let people tell the truth.
