I must say Amber Apartments on Crooks is a well maintained community. However, this past spring there were a lot of vacancies that have recently been filled and the new tenants are a bit rowdy.

If you are a post college graduate and like to stay up late, smoke weed on the balcony and rock out at 1:00 am on a Monday night then this is the place for you. Before the new tenants there was perhaps one bad apple in the bunch but the building was overall peaceful even with babies crying. However, tenants carried on like they had some sense and I predict the recent trend will only get worse. If you are a professional and value your down time after work and sleep, I would not rent here and I will not be renewing my lease

Hello I work in the leasing office and we take all complaints very seriously. If you are having an issue with your neighbor please let the office know so we can make your living environment more peaceful.

I agree -lived here several years and definitely will not renew after what the past few months have been like. It went from a nice quiet place to live, to where I feel like I'm back at my old college apartment where someone is always partying. When I complained all I got was a "sorry you're not happy". Sure you are.

Amber apartments 3807 crooks rd off chester rd is a college fatertity, dorms all over again it is a night mare with loud heating system it sucks,
