1. The Amber apartments in Royal Oak suck. They are close to railway (you won't know until you get awaken up in the midnight on the first day).

2. You will never have a good night of sleep in the winter because they heating system makes huge noise in every room of your apartment. You will wonder:" is it somebody knocking the door or the heating thing makes noise again'" No KIDDING!!!

3. They attract you by using low rent and then evict you after a few months. They can make big money from it. The following is what they normally do. First, they can easily find any reason to evict you such as paying rent one day late, or having some friend or family member to visit and stay there overnight without pre-approval from the office, or you didn't put enough rug on your floor if you live on the second floor etc. (several of my friends and neighbors got evicted for these reasons) Second, they won't even give you a warning before they evict you. They just send you a eviction letter and will ask you to contact their attorney. You may think they overact, however, the notice is final. You have to move out. There is no room for explanation. They have an in house attorney who needs to make living from doing these dity things. Third, They will require you to pay the rest of the rents. Otherwise, they will make your life miserable.
So at the end, you pay rents for the whole year for justing living there poorly for a few months. They are evil!!!

First of all, if you are renting, you signED a legal agreement to pay your rent!!! Second the laws in Michigan offer courts dates before judgement of eviction. This would have been the place to talk about your concerns. It seems evident you did not show up in court, after your non payment of rent notice. It takes several days and lots of paperwork to evict someone in Michigan. The fastest would be 30days. Once the case goes to court, the court officer will provide documents to you via mail or personal service delivery. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO,I can not accepted your statement as the whole story. NO KIDDING111111

I actually had the same problem with the heating situation. Our heater rattled every hour throughout the night. When I complained about it, we were told that we could either move and pay for one of their more expensive apartments (all the moving costs would be paid by us of course), or they would fix it when we moved out....I guess they never fixed it after we moved.

This is true the heating is awlful no one can sleep it happens all night and the system so old it's nothing to do about it and someone from office type in anonymous and defended the law but never mention how true it was about the heat, there guilty.
