Not Bad but could be better

My main complaint is for 765.00 per month, the general condition of the building is poor. The place was dirty when I moved in, and the windows were dirty and painted on. The bathtub was dirty, and the showerhead is nasty. I am supposed to have central air, and I am paying more than the next door neighbor. Overall I am unhappy with the management of the properity. It seems like they are doing this as a second effort job. It's like they do the minimum to get something done.
If you're not worried about service, move in.
