Reading some of these reviews, I am suprised. When I had an issue with ice at my back door, the manager sent down a bag of salt so if they missed it, I could use it. She was always nice to me and always made me feel like I could call them for anything I was concerned about. That was one of the best apartments I have been in. And I have been in several. I am considering going back, but it would be further travel time for my job.
