| 02/07/2013 | My wife and I moved into Devon Park 6 years ago, thinking it would be a temporary move. The price was right and location was decent. We liked being close to Clawson and not too far from downtown Royal Oak. The HS across the street provides easy access to tennis and there is a park around the corner for our kid. We had a terrible leak in our ceiling a year after we moved in. The entire roof of the building had ice damage and water flooded into our living room. They did take a few days to get it fixed, ...
