Not the nicest but...

It is true the apartment needs some updating. The basement is foul, heat your lucky if you have it, however if you do your apt. is a sauna. Parking sucks, and the bums at the corner of 13 and Woodward leave a lot to be desired. However, the apartment itself is nice, space is good for one person in a one bedroom. If you are in an emergency situation, management and or maintenance is there right away...VERY hard to find that at most complexes! This one exceeded my expectations on that. Would recommend only if you are in a bind or have very little options. Hopefully one day this complex can get a break from all the junk around it.
