Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I moved to oakwood villa from out of town and was not able to see the apt i leased, b/c it was relatively cheap, i rented it. BIG MISTAKE!! with my many requests to fix my heat (for 3 weeks it ranged from freezing to tropical without my control), poor trash/grounds upkeep, broken dryer in a dingy laundry area, poor parking lot lighting and a just unprofessional staff, i would NEVER rent from oakwood villa again. if think of moving here, please look around the grounds and talk to the tennants or else you will be sorry. thank you
